Financial Advisor – Outbound Sales (with Leads)

Do you have exceptional sales ability with the confidence to sell and write your own pay cheque?
We are looking for candidates who will be responsible for Selling Insurance in an Outbound Call Centre with given Leads.
In order to apply for the position, please ensure to meet the following MINIMUM criteria:
Description of Job Functions:
• Telephone sales marketing
• Identify appropriate financial products to meet client needs
• Build own client base
• Maintenance of new and existing clients. Leads are provided.
• Maintain own sales performance statistics for management information usage
• Identify sales gaps, implement and execute corrective action plans and identify external sales opportunities
• Services customers promptly and efficiently with a professional, friendly demeanour
• Remains multi-skilled across products and processes
• Generate business by doing presentations outside offices at group schemes, business units and other companies identified

Minimum Criteria
In order to qualify you must have the following
Criteria • Previous sales experience in financial services
• FAIS fit and proper
• Must be comfortable with a call centre sales environment
• Basic salary with incentives and commission on offer
• No credit defaults or judgements
• EE candidates preferred
• Based in Cape Town
• South African citizen
