Director - Global Shared Services

General Summary:

Responsible for the effective execution of highly visible human capital global shared services center. Develops shared services implementation plan. Works with functional counterparts to migrate processes and oversee start-up and operation. Process scope includes payroll, timekeeping, talent acquisition, learning, employee relations, leave administration, and compensation administration. Develops organization and hires and manages shared services staff. Ensures compliance with all appropriate regulations and service level agreements.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Project manages the global shares services implementation plan. Prioritizes process migration and develops the organizational structure to perform required services.
Acts as point of contact with corporate counterparts in functional departments.
Negotiates service level agreements
Oversees production of work process flows, management information reporting, and data security protocols.
Participates in audits
Ensures compliance with legal requirements in multiple jurisdictions, Company policies, and procedures.
Job specifications:

At least 5 years experience in shared services at management level
Hands-on operational experience
Preferred education in accountancy with professional qualification
