Global Outsourcing Company requires back office staff to assist within their talent and acquisition area to screen, test, interview and brief new candidates. This job is call centre based and would also require shift work.

Requirements:
6 Months Contact Centre Experience
Computer Literate
Excellent People Skills
Flexible and able to adapt to change
Able to analyse and find better ways to improve processes
Must enjoy a challenge and excited about working as part of a team as well as independently
Some recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
