| Junior Website Administrator ROI Media is looking to add a motivated technical-minded individual to our young, enthusiastic online development team. We are an online marketing company that focuses on high-end design, development, SEO and online business development; we are constantly strategizing ahead of the curve to ensure that our clients get the maximum exposure in an increasingly saturated online market. The correct candidate will be: • A technically minded person with 1 to 2 years work experience in the online industry. • Versed in coding and development. • Interested in understanding and evaluating clients’ needs and interpreting these needs to create functional and technical specs, wireframes, process flows. • Able to manage the overall planning and developmental phases of a website. • Able to perform backend and CMS testing. • Able to give valuable input to design and development teams. • Expected to understand e-commerce design models, website structure and planning and effective information layout. • Expected to think independently and remain on the cutting-edge by personally keeping up to date with the latest web trends and expanding their knowledge to include all facets of the medium. • Interested in marketing and sales. • A creative, dynamic, supportive team player with the ability to excel under pressure. Daily duties will include: • Working closely with the Creative Director, as well as the design and development teams to create high-end website systems for a variety of clients. • Efficiently conceptualizing and translating client requirements into functional steps in a short space of time. • Creating site maps, generating information and developing persuasive architecture.
