Shop Supervisor

The Shop Supervisor will deputize the Shop Manager in the following areas:
- Product Development
- Quality Control
- Financial Management
- Personnel Management
- Marketing Management
The Shop Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the standards of the food &
drink service (including deliveries) set by the Manager. He/she will be responsible for
serving customers, communication with the kitchen, preparation of beverages and the
delivery of orders. He/she will be responsible to cover all daily duties in the Manager’s
absence.
