Helpdesk Support Technician

• IT knowledge & experience
• SQL & database experience
• Retail experience – need not be software related – if they worked part time in a shop
• Knowledge of VB or C #
• Excellent communication skills – English & Afrikaans
• Own transport
• Be able to work shifts / weekends
• Be Patient and logical
• Previous experience working for a helpdesk or software company would be advantageous
• Age is not a factor but they must have a “can do attitude” , a willingness and eagerness to learn and work their way up.
