REQUIREMENTS:

•The successful candidate will have:
•Matric/Grade 12
•6 months contact centre experience
•6 months client services experience
•Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Be multilingual
•Relevant Business / Accounting / Financial degree or studying towards one is ESSENTIAL
•A financial / banking background is ESSENTIAL
•A clear ITC and Criminal record is essential
•Excellent verbal (good voice and good diction) and communication skills
•Numeric and Verbal Ability
•Client focused, friendly and empathetic manner
•Quality Focus (Attention to detail and Accuracy)
•Self Control and initiative
•Analytical Thinking
