| Operations Coordinator Connect-123 is hiring to support our exceptional growth. The successful candidate will be fun, energetic, and passionate about client service. The Operations Coordinator: • Conceptualises and organises social events for program participants; attends social events • Manages transportation logistics, from ensuring participants are met at the airport to advising them regarding their transportation needs once in Cape Town • Manages our apartment building (where program participants stay), from liaising with maintenance service providers for repairs to scheduling cleaning • Communicates with program participants regarding their arrival logistics and orientation • Optional and depending on applicant: Meeting with local for-profit and non-profit organisations to assess their requirements for volunteers and to define internship projects; assisting Account Managers with industry research EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • University graduate • Hospitality, event management, or project management experience a plus | |
