| Maintenance Manager Maintenance Electrical Cabling set up to point of connection at correct safety and quality standards. All electrical equipment in stocked in correct quantities and quality and packed correctly. Shortages identified and management informed. Follow up.All electrical tools in order ready to be used. Damaged tools to be identified, management informed, replaced and followed up General Maintenance as per Workshop requirements Assist with Steel work SERVICE Carry out any reasonable request asked of you by Management Workshop Cleanliness Workshop, offices, work stations clean and organised at all times Workshop stock control All stock stored correctly in the correct location allocated Stock at correct quantity Shortages identified, management informed and follow up. Tools Tools stored in correct locations Issuing of tools to staff recorded and follow up on tools returned Shortages identified, management informed and follow up. Painting Paint stock available at all times. Paint stock shortages identified, management informed and follow up Painting to be completed on the farm identified and management informed. Continuous rotation of buildings for painting General Maintenance as per Workshop requirements SERVICE Carry out any reasonable request asked of you by Management Assisting with Staff Supervision Lead, direct, motivate and communicate with staff Inform management of staff issues. Co-ordinate projects as per Maintenance Managers recommendations Workshop Cleanliness Workshop, offices, work stations clean and organised at all times Building upkeep and Maintenance Building as per farm requirements Building at correct quality, neat and tidy All materials cleaned up and packed away Paint Work / Varnish Work Perform Paint and Varnish work as per farm requirements Supervise staff Inspect work completed – neat and tidy at correct quality All materials cleaned up and packed away. Tools Tools stored in correct locations Issuing of tools to staff recorded and follow up on tools returned Shortages identified, management informed and follow up. Garden Tools Stocked at optimum levels Stored in correct location Cleaned and maintained Shortages / damages identified, management informed, followed up. General Maintenance as per Workshop requirements SERVICE Carry out any reasonable request asked of you by Management Road Repairs and Maintenance Road damages to be identified and repaired on an ongoing basis Correct quality Stock needed for repairs available at all times. Stock shortages identified, management informed and follow up Paving repairs and maintenance Paving damages to be identified and repaired on an ongoing basis Correct quality Stock needed for repairs available at all times.
