MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SUBMISSION OF VARIOUS PAY-OUT SOLUTIONS

RECONCILIATIONS AND REPORTING

MAIN OBJECTIVES

VARIOUS PAY-OUT SOLUTIONS
Receive payout batch from operators daily
Consolidate batches received and upload on cheque provider’s website daily
Confirmations
Stop payment (where applicable)
Split amounts where necessary
Weekly Reconciliation of batches that were submitted 1) ensure all transactions are accounted for and 2) maintain funding floats and advise Manager accordingly.

QUERIES
Deal with all relevant queries in an efficient and timeous manner

QUALITY
Conduct control checks to ensure amounts, names, addresses, etc are correct.
Constantly check for mistakes and ensure all information is correct

GENERAL
Filing as required
Able to react to change productively
Handle other essential tasks as assigned.

POSITION REQUIRMENTS:

Matric is essential
Tertiary qualification in Finance
4 years relevant work experience in financial sector is essential
Experience in finance related to payment reconciliations and sifting
Banking/Payment Processing is advantageous
Clear Credit and Criminal Record
Must be professional, well spoken and presented
Own / reliable transport
