ITALIAN speaking Fraud Agent

Our client is looking for an Italian speaking CFC Agent.

You will be in communication with clients, inter-related departments and operators.

Small Outline of Duties:

• Fraud screening and auctioning as per laid down procedures
• Resolving of customer and service provider queries, telephonically and via e-mail
• Fraud / Risk administration duties
• Fraud investigations as per laid down procedures
• Creates / Completes accurate and detailed shift handover report
• Problem solving and troubleshoot of systems
Requirements:
• MS Office and internet literature
• High level of numeracy
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills
• Good Italian language skills
• Certificate in customer service or call center services would be of advantage
• Minimum 2-years customer service / call center and or investigative experience
• Good understanding of Poker / gaming industry is of advantage
• Knowledge / good understanding of online poker
• Able to do shift work (24/7)
Candidate must have own transport, criminal and credit check is required.

Candidate must be SA citizen or permanent residency.
