Sales Manager / Team Leader We are looking for a driven, assertive person with at least 4 years’ previous experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader. Requirements: * Minimum 1 years’ sales experience (‘hard selling”) * Extensive prospecting experience * Minimum 4 years’ previous experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader, full function manager (preferably in the medical aid / insurance industry) * Minimum 5 years’ experience in the medical aid / insurance industry advantageous * Ability to effectively and efficiently manage all functions of staff management including motivation, performance, couching & mentoring, discipline, development, leave. * Must have own reliable transport and Valid drivers license Some duties will entail: * Reach monthly branch sales target * Assisting sales team in reaching their individual sales targets * Efficient, effective management and development of sales team
