SAP certified HR Implementation Manager.

My client is urgently looking for a SAP certified HR Implementation Manager.

Location: Capetown

Requirements:
 SAP certification in all of the following - EH&S, HCM, PM, MM FI/CO and DMS preferred
 SAP R/3 configuration experience
 SAP Solutions Manager certification
 At least four years SAP implementation experience
 Experience in SAP Strategy Management
 Project Management experience
 Human Resources management experience
 Experience in managing a team of individuals - Leading a team of FI/CO Consultants
 Tertiary qualification, B-Tech/Engineering/Computer Science
 BA experience advantageous

KPIs:
 Project delivery, monitoring, reviewing and hand-over to the end user
 System implementation which includes producing technical resolutions and design documents,
 System configuration, module implementation; system administration, authorization and training

 Analytical thinker
 Good communication and presentation skills
 Delivery focus
 Facilitation skills
 Ability to multitask
 Ability to work under pressure
 Ability to escalate issues
 Ability to interact at all levels of the organisation
