| Accpac Client Services Director Medium sized Company seeks a Client Service Director to join their team. Part of your duties will include: managing a team of Consulatants, keeping abreast of trends within the Accpac industry. Consulating to, and building relationships with existing Accpac Clients responsibilities • ‘Raise the Bar, identifying gaps and making strategic recommendations to clients around our product and service offerings. • Maintain and develop highest standards of client relations. • Manage a team of Consultants • Increase revenue from existing clients by developing key accounts • Maintain a high level of client engagement Candidate requirements • Full understanding of the Accpac Accounting marketplace\ · At least 5 years experience in Accpac Consulting • A talent for people management as well as excellent communication skills • You have the ability to consult clients at all levels • Exemplary client service skills, with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships · Available 1 Feb 2010 Email your CV : Please put Ref you applying for in the Subject line Closing 22 January 2010 | |
