Job Outputs
· Provide administrative support to the Membership Sales Call Centre team, to meet Minimum Performance Contract (MPC) deliverables
· Assist in the distribution, correlation and management of applications, faxes and emails in relation to the Sales Management process
· Managing administrative processes with regards to hardware distribution to MWEB clients
· Maintaining relationships with external customers who form part of the Administrative function and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
· Produce reports and feedback to Call Centre

Qualifications and Experience
· Prior administrative a must
· Working knowledge of sales back end processes a must
· Good working knowledge of at least one call centre telephony platform
· Knowledge of MS Office
· Database and capturing experience preferred
