| Call Center Agents(German) German Jobs is currently recruiting for an international client located in Cape Town, South Africa.Our client is offering an exciting career opportunity for a German speaking Inbound Call Centre Agent. Your task would be to serve customers in Germany with their bookings and general enquiry requests. They operate on a 24/7 basis and you should be willing to work early and late night shifts. Requirements: - Fluent in English and German - Matric and certificates etc. in tourism preferred - Great customer service skills - Great communication skills and the ability to work in a team - A loyal and dedicated work manner - Good computer skills This company offers a basic salary and great benefits such as a contribution to a medical aid and a provident fund.
