Material Controller

Work with both the front and back end of the supply chain
Work with Production Planner to ensure that orders are prioritised effectively
Liaise with international suppliers and clientele
Liaise with Shipping Agents and courier companies to confirm delivery dates
Purchasing of Raw Materials
Need to ensure that there is a localisation plan in place that will ensure that sampling plans, quotations, documentation, etc, are in place and that all are submitted to the customer on time and to follow up and to close the process
Production management and planning
Inventory management
Departmental budgeting ad cost controlling
Determining the financial impacts on inventory
Determining critical inventory levels and re-orders points
Order and job tracking strategies
Material Control

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
Logistics / Production Planning qualification
Own Transport
5 years relevant experience

Salary: R18 000
