| Customer Care Consultant A dynamic company developing software and subsequent commercialisation of technology-based products, have a permanent position available in the Customer Care department. Duties / Responsibilities: · Registering new customers · Informing existing customers of the latest versions available to them · Arrange training for existing customers · Assisting the help desk with queries · Making courtesy calls · Updating the company data base · Other customer care related duties Skills required: Bilingual (Afrikaans & English) Attention to detail Ability to multi task Work well in a team environment Be able to work under pressure, but still deliver top quality work Educational Qualification: Grade 12 Benefits after probation period: Medical Aid and Pension/Provident Fund Other incentives: bonuses, company shares etc | |
