Network Operations Centre Manager The NOC Manager will be tasked with running the employer’s Network Operations Centre and act as a subject matter expert. The post holder will manage a team of 12 – 15 technicians, solutions architects and developers in order to provide, and continuously improve on, the managed services offering for the employer’s 100+ client sites. Be a key participant in the development and execution of the company’s managed services strategy while managing the operational delivery of the NOC team to meet service level agreements and business requirements which includes:  Plan, prioritize and ensure the successful execution of development, monitoring, operational & support activities.  Service delivery measuring and review  Human Resources performance measuring and review
