Quality Assessor/Senior Call Centre Consultant

Our Client: A Financial Services Company providing end to end services by innovative product development, with focus on Life Insurance and Employee Benefits, currently has a vacancy for a Quality Assessor.


Qualifications / Experience Required
• Matric.
• Proficiency in Zulu, Xhosa and English
• Prior QA and Sales Experience. For example, the agents make on average 4-8 sales as a group, so a small proportion of the day is spent QA’ing. Hence candidate will be required to be part of the sales process.
• Prior Insurance sales experience.
• 60 credits, Category B, Life.

Key Responsibilities
• Life and health insurance sales on outbound campaigns and to a limited extent inbound campaigns.
• Manage, assist and lead a team of Call Centre Consultants.
