| Support Professional Global Call Centre in Claremont are looking for well spoken, service orientated individuals. Salary and Benefits: R5 000 + medical aid + provident fund.(R5 800 after probation period) If you have the following skills then apply urgently Matric (ideal candidate must have passed English on Higher Grade) At least 6 months call centre experience/at least 1 years continuous customer service experience Proficiency on Internet and Email is an absolute must Ability to work shifts,Mondays to Sundays including Public Holiday The latest shift currently is until 9pm. (However, this could change depending on the operational demands) Excellent Command of the English Language and elocution Exceptional customer service orientation and a natural when it comes to solving problems Safe reliable transport Clear ITC and Crim Record is essential. | |
