Greek/Dutch Customer Service Host

Our client based in Cape Town is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Hosts to join their team. These positions will be responsible for the delivery of high quality service to a diverse customer base, through telephone and service desk enquiries.
The successful applicants will possess:
Australian or New Zealand National or resided in Australia or New Zealand for at least 5 years
A demonstrated high level of customer service skill and respect for diversity of staff/customer ethnicity, gender, abilities and skills.
An ability to gain co-operation and assistance from customers, service providers and staff members and to achieve positive outcomes for the customer.
Previous experience in a customer service and/or call centre environment
Effective communication skills to assist customers and with clear and precise information.
Numeracy and problem solving skills.
Proficiency in computer skills including fast and accurate keyboard skills
The ability to work under pressure and still have great organizational and time-management skills
A tertiary education in Business Administration / Marketing etc. will be of great advantage
Responsibilities will include:

Answering to customer queries via Telephone, Email and online chats
Processing outgoing and incoming contacts
Developing of customer relationships as well as their management
Updating of the relevant databases
Developing of customer relationships as well as their management
Assist and execute marketing campaigns (including calls)
