Account Executive

Account Executive required to maintain and grow sales for one of Todwil's blue chip clients. Candidate needs to be hands-on, a strong communicator and dynamic.

The candidate will have to travel internationally and be prepared to work long hours.


Duties include

• Manage information in the project management system (TRACE), which includes projects, prospects list, render list, sample/prototype list, jobs in Todwil production, Jobs at external suppliers/manufacturers, and report this on a weekly basis to the Account Manager.
• Update TRACE system, as info is received from client/supplier.
• Inform client on a regular basis as to the status of all projects.
• Co-ordinate the internal/external artwork sign-off process with ADP and respond directly with client/agency for sample and print sign off.
• Visit client at least twice a week and attend all briefings.
• Liaise with suppliers for outsourced solutions.
• Internal contact with key department heads within Todwil for troubleshooting and project updates.

• Have own transport
• Based in Paarl office

Education & Experience

• Has previous work experience in a sales and/ or sales support role
• Has communicated with clients previously
• Strong Computer Skills – Excel & Outlook
