| Electrical Engineer Requirements • A National Diploma in Electronic Engineering. • Experience of the complete hardware development cycle from concept through to final manufacturing phase. • Working knowledge in designing and producing basic electronic circuits. • Logical and methodical approach to fault finding. • Ability to communicate fluently in English. Experience • Minimum 2 years hardware experience, ideally within a high volume manufacturing environment. • Experience of working within an ISO9000 environment. Job Description • Produce sample products as and when necessary. • Design, assemble and test hardware circuits. • Perform investigations of design issues, feasibility or problems. • Test alternative components and designs to procedures when necessary. • Produce test reports. • Produce, contribute to and help maintain project documentation. • Participate in continual improvement of development process. • Perform product design assurance tests. • Ensure all activities are completed in agreed time scales. | |
