German Customer Service Agent

We are a dynamic, fast moving, leading edge company and have an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about customer services, has exceptional communication skills to provide and inbound support role to international clients.

Essential Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal written business German skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude
- Computer literate (Internet, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Must work well within a team
- Clear ITC
- Ability to work in a well structured and mature working manner
- Ability to always remain professional in appearance, conduct and communication

Duties will include:

- Respond to client queries in a professional manner via email, telephone and live chat
- Ensuring clients’ needs are met – where possible;
- Encouraging continued business;
- Generating re-newed business from lapsed clients;
- Identifying when client should be rewarded;
- Willing to build long term relationships with clients;
- Managing client accounts using in-house systems (training provided)
- The ideal candidate will be happy to work shifts on a rotational basis 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm- 7am.

Salary: R10, 000. 00- R12, 000 per month NEG
Location: Green Point
